A trailer of upcoming episodes

Multiply Encoded Messages is a podcast of conversations on the creative act. Through interviews with artists, historians, critics, and others, the series examines the ideas, lived experiences, and history that inform creative practice. Episodes will be released on an irregular basis.

Over the coming weeks and months, a mix of English and Japanese, episodes will feature a conversation with the photographer Hiroko Komatsu, with the video artist Kiyoshiro Tatekawa, a discussion regarding the work of the late painter Hitoshi Nakazato, conversations with the photographic duo Hiroshi Fugo & Katsuyuki Uomoto, with the painter Yasue Kodama, with the visual artist Natsuko Tanihara, and others.
